Hawai’i Kai Community Bookstore is staffed by volunteers and every item sold is donated by generous people of the community. Volunteers clean each item, evaluate it,  and make it available at a fair price.  And all proceeds benefit the library!  Your patronage helps to support the library and the community. In our children’s section we have board books for young children, as well as popular young adult series. We have instructional books for teachers and home schoolers, test preparation volumes, textbooks, and a wide variety of juvenile nonfiction.
